Mrs. Lois Bowen, 81, of Tallassee, passed away March 16, 2019. She was born June 6, 1937.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, March 19 at 2 pm at Linville Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Scarborough officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Valley Station United Methodist Church Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Monday, March 18, from 4 to 6 pm at Linville Memorial Funeral Home.

She is survived by her children, William Edward Bowen (Mary Louise), Ann Kelly (Terry), Mack Bowen (Melissa), and Kenneth R. Bowen (Deborah); grandchildren, Amanda Stephanie Jones, Jason Edward Bowen, Tamara Fallan Harden (Chris), Mary Kimm Sanford (John), Josh Wilburn (Rebecca), Bubba Kelly, Ashley Kent (Joshua), Christopher Bowen, Valerie Edwards (David), and Jessica Gann (Anthony);
great grandchildren, Katelyn Dasher, Caleb Jones, Alyssa Jones, Logan Jones, Madison Bowen, Nolan Bowen, Jayden Harden, Jaycee Harden, Haleigh Sanford, Danielle Sanford, Kelsey Wilburn, Hayden Kent, Harlee Kent, Jakob Edwards, Tanner Gann, and Declan Gann; step great grandchildren, Nicole, Hailey, Emily and Anna Motes;and great great granddaughter, Raelyn Burt.

She is preceded in death by her husband, William Henry Bowen; grandson, William Johnathan Bowen and great granddaughter, Helena Evelyn Bowen.
