We were so sorry to hear of Michael's passing. We are praying for you, Emily and family, during these long, difficult days ahead. He was a very sweet man and cared so much about his family. We will dearly miss him at our family get-togethers. RIP, dear one.

As difficult as this time is for loved ones, friends and fellow fire fighters, it is also a time to be thankful for the life that was shared and the memories that we have. We shouldn't dwell on what we have lost, rather it is a time to be thankful for what we had. My prayer is for the family to awake each morning seeking God's wisdom and discernment as they begin their daily walk. You are loved...

I met Michael quit a few years ago. Him and my dearest friend Emily started dating and married last year. I really got to know him after that. The love he had for his wife and children, the way he made Emily laugh and smile made him an A+ in my book. He was always willing to help no matter who it was or where it was. God had a need for Michael, even though we don't understand why he had to go. I will always hold Michael's friendship dear. Rest in the arms of God dear friend for I know you will be watching over your family from heaven. My prayers and thoughts are with his family.
