Sylvia and I were in the same THS Class. Her and her sister Patricia and I use to go to Gospel Singings as teenagers and had many good times. Her and Patricia had the sweetest and best attitudes. They were loved by all.

I have so many wonderful memories of Sylvia it would be impossible to pick just one. Some involve her fussing at Gayle and I for coming home late as teenagers, one really funny one involved Gayle and I putting dress up baby clothes on her dog at the time. She started to let us have it and ended up laughing too. She used to exchange books with my mom, and they shared many long gossip sessions on the phone. Sylvia had lots of great qualities but what I’ll remember the most is her unending love for her children and grandchildren. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

Sylvia was such a sweet lady! My family and my mama, Jeanette Rigsby loved her so much and had wonderful memories of Sylvia and Patricia and their family. Heaven has surely gained a precious angel! She will be truly missed. Love from Your cousins, Alesa Stewart, Lee Rigsby and Alan Rigsby Family
