Mrs. Anna McCarty Benson, 55, of Tallassee, passed away Wednesday, March 5, 2014. She was born February 2, 1959.
Visitation will be Thursday, March 6, 2014 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at East Tallassee Church of Christ. Funeral service will be Friday, March 7, 2014 at 11:00 am at East Tallassee Church of Christ with Minister Michael McElroy officiating. Burial will follow at Carrville Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing.
She is survived by husband, Tim Benson; daughters, Katrina Studdard (Jonathan) and Adadra Williams (Joel); mother, Winnie Jean McCarty; sisters, Myra Pierce and Marshia Barker; brothers, Jerome McCarty (Mary Charles) and Phillip McCarty; and grandchildren, Isabella Studdard, Jonah Studdard, Titus Studdard, Evan Williams, Kaitlyn Williams, Chase Morris and Jessa Williams.
