Betty Sue Brewer

Betty Sue Segrest Brewer, 77, passed away March 18, 2010. She was born April 22, 1932.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 20, 2010 at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Glen Pugh officiating. Burial will follow in Carrville Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 12 noon until funeral time at First United Methodist Church.

She is survived by a son, Barry Brewer (Carla); daughters, Leah B. Johnson, Holly Butler (Rick) and Lacey Brewer; grandchildren, Deanna Acreman, Vance Brewer, Michael Johnson and David Johnson and three great-grandchildren. The family extends a special thanks to her caregiver, Emmarine Williams.She is preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Brewer.Betty was an educator and taught in the Tallassee School System for many years.The family suggests memorial contributions to the charity of one's choice.
