Charles Eugene Richardson

Mr. Charles E. Richardson, 73, of Eclectic, passed away February 26, 2015. He was born July 13, 1941.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, February 28, 2015, at 2:00 pm at Refuge Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Scarborough officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday, February 28, 2015 from 1:00 pm until service time at the church. The family has chosen cremation, arranged by Linville Memorial Funeral Home.

He is survived by wife of 57 years, Trudy Richardson; children, Mike Richardson (Lisa), Gena Fowler (Ed), and Karen Hubbard (Greg); grandchildren, Brooke Harrison (Jeff), Alex Bieber, Brandon Richardson and Summer Richardson; and great grandchildren, Joshua Harrison, Lauren Harrison, Jay Ward and Ella Grace Ward. He is preceded in death by a grandson, Dylan Bieber.

Mr. Richardson was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather. He loved his family and loved God, especially his church family at Refuge Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon. He was also active in the Gideon ministry.
