Dianne Ransom Sides

It is with deep love and remembrance that we celebrate the life of Dianne Ransom Sides, a cherished mother and granny. Dianne passed away peacefully on July 30, 2025, in Tallassee, Alabama, at the age of 74. She was born on December 6, 1950.

Dianne lived a life full of warmth, creativity, and devotion to her family. She found joy in the simple pleasures of life-planting flowers in her yard, watching hummingbirds dance in the sunlight, and crafting with care and love. Her home was always filled with beauty, laughter, and the comforting presence of someone who truly cared.

Dianne was a loving mother to her sons, Wes Osborne Jr. and Tim Osborne (Alicia), and a proud grandmother to Timothy Osborne Il (Wendi), Codi Osborne, Mike McGhar (Taylor), and Blair McGhar. Her legacy continues through her great-grandchildren, Asher McGhar and Cooper McGhar, who brought her immense joy and pride.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at Linville Memorial Funeral Home at 12 pm on Monday, August 4, 2025.
