Mrs. Dorothy Jean Daniel, 74, of Tallassee, passed away April 26, 2014. She was born March 23, 1940.
A memorial service will be Monday, April 28 at 11 am at the Chapel at Linville Memorial Funeral Home with Minister Michael McElroy officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:30 am to 11:00 am before the service.
She is survived by a son, Gerald W. Daniel; brothers, Willie Baker (Linda), Ronnie Baker (Nellie), Truman Baker (Glenda) and Jerry Baker (Robbie); sisters, Rita Hughes (Ralph), Edith Baker and Sandra Ray (Billy), sister-in-law, Sheila Baker; one grandchild, one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, James and Myrtle Baker; husband, Elmer Daniel; brother, Donald Baker and her children, Tonya Daniel, Jason Daniel and Jeffery Daniel.
