Edna Pierce

Early on the morning of November 18, 2017, Mrs. Edna Pierce, age 86, responded to a call to go home and be with her Lord. She was born February 21, 1931.

Funeral services will be Monday, November 20, at 11 am, at Linville Memorial Funeral Home with Michael Pierce officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be from 10 am until service time at Linville Memorial Funeral Home.

She is survived by her son, Danny Pierce (Rosemary); daughters, Joyce Davis (Robert) and Shan Wallace (Alan); grandchildren, Danny Pierce Jr. (Jessica), Michael Pierce (Brett), Amanda Wilson (Chris), Jessica Herrington (Kevin), Erik Creswell (Amanda), Sunnie Ryan (Jeffrey), Bubba Wallace (Teresa), Stacie Baker (Ricky) and Scott Davis (Tara); and twenty-two great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry B. and Annie Laura Turner; husband of 34 years, Edmond Sonny Pierce; and son, Edmond Todd Pierce.
