Edward Daniel "Danny" Lee

Edward Daniel “Danny” Lee, 73, long time resident of Tallassee, AL, passed away October 18, 2021. He was born on August 4, 1948.

Graveside service and burial will be Friday, October 22, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, 64 N Ann Street Eclectic, Al 36024.

Danny was preceded in death by his daughter, Brandy Lynn Lee; his parents; one brother, Donnie Lee; and one sister, Diane Lee.

Danny is survived by his wife of 25 years, Brenda Louis-Lee; children, Lindsey Bishop (Jared), Faith Coley, Brandon Coley (Stacey); sister-in-law, Pamela Louis Walden (Wayne); and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Danny was a graduate of Saks High School, class of 1967. Danny also played college football for a number of years and was an avid Alabama Football Fan. Danny served in the United States Army, stationed in Ethiopia. He was a dedicated police officer for many years and retired as a Lieutenant from the Oxford Police Department. Danny loved his family and friends and always made sure to keep in touch. He was loved dearly and will be missed here on earth. Romans 10:9-10.
