Effie McClellan

Mrs. Effie McClellan, 87, of Tallassee, passed away Thursday, November 26, 2015. She was born September 13, 1928.
Visitation will be Sunday, November 29, 2015 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm with the service to follow at 2:00 pm at Linville Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing.
She is survived by her children, Ronnie McClellan (Brenda), Rick McClellan (Rayma), Peggy Davis (Mack) and Donna Chumley (Randy); eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles McClellan; parents, Mr. & Mrs. William Otis Causey; and siblings, Pete Causey and Jo Foster.
She was a member of East Tallassee Baptist Church and she taught Sunday School there for 25 years.
