Elizabeth "Lib" Stalnaker

Mrs. Elizabeth "Lib" Stalnaker, 93, of Tallassee, passed away December 2, 2017. She was born February 1, 1924.

Funeral service will be Tuesday, December 5, 2017 at 2 pm, at Linville Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Dan Wiggins officiating. Burial will follow at Carrville Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be Tuesday, December 5, 2017 from 12 noon until service time at Linville Memorial Funeral Home.

She is survived by her daughters, Connie Moon and Angela Gantt (Joe); granddaughters, Gillian Kindred (Josh), Gretta Headley (Ben) and Galerie Beckham (Scott); and ten great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, John A. and Pearl Langley; husband, Robert Stalnaker; son, Earl Stalnaker; sisters, Mary John Conner, Maureen Taylor Patterson, Margie Hall Peavy; and brother, Charles Langley. Elizabeth proudly served in the U. S. Navy.
