Mr. James Harry Ledbetter, 67, of Tallassee, passed away Friday, April 3, 2015. He was born November 4, 1947.
The family will receive friends Monday, April 6, 2015 one hour before the 2:00 pm memorial service at Linville Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Chris Whittington officiating. The family has chosen cremation, arranged by Linville Memorial Funeral Home.
He is survived by his wife, Sherrie Ledbetter; children, Michael “Scooter” Ledbetter (Teresa), Aaron Ledbetter (Lee), Wendy Osborne (Rickey), Kimberly Thornton (Billy), Tammy Ledbetter (William) and Mark Ledbetter; grandchildren, Casey Ledbetter, Mikka Ledbetter, Mary Harris, Frankie Ledbetter, Mark “Junior” Ledbetter Jr., Sean Abrams, Kayla Sayers, Alexander Van Dusseldorp, Justin Thornton and Bryclynnn Thornton; brother, Jerry Ledbetter; sisters, Shirley Cowan, Peggy Kelley and Brenda Johnston; and great grandchildren, Aubrey Paggett, Kathryn Sayers and Callie Abrams.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Lamar and Maudie Bell Ledbetter; sister, Margaret Ellen Ledbetter and great granddaughter, Olivia Sayers.
