James Smith

Mr. James “Jimmy” Smith, 66, of Tallassee, passed away June 30, 2018. He was born January 2, 1952.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 10, at 2 pm at Linville Memorial Funeral Home with Rev. Gene Bridgman officiating. The family will receive friends from 1 pm until service time at the funeral home.

He is survived by wife of 48 years, Sherry G. Smith; and granddaughter, Chelsea Brooke Morris. He is preceded in death by his parents, Melvin and Francis Smith; brother, Larry M. Smith; and daughter, Francis G. Smith. Jimmy was a loving family man and will be greatly missed.
