Jasper Knight, 80, of Wetumpka, passed away June 17, 2021. He was born October 28, 1940.
Cremation services have been entrusted to Linville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory. The family will hold a memorial service at a later date.
He is survived by his sons, Michael O. Knight (Gaye), Donald W. Knight (Tina) and Mark D. Knight; grandchildren, Remmington Knight, Elizabeth Knight, Caleb Knight, Summer Ready, D. J. Knight, James Knight and Colton Knight; and great grandchildren, Emelynn Knight, Harper Ready, Stratton Ready, Deegan Knight, Dawsyn Knight and Addie, Crimson and Ryleigh Knight.
Jasper served in the U. S. Army during the Berlin Wall crisis. He worked as a firefighter for the City of Montgomery and retired in 1982. His hobbies were traveling and seeing the United States.
