Mr. Jerrell Lambert, 73, of Eclectic, passed away Tuesday, May 31, 2016. He was born April 12, 1943. He served in the U. S. Army from 1962 to 1969 and was a Vietnam Veteran.

Visitation will be held from 1-3 pm, Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Friendship Baptist Church, followed by the funeral service at 3 pm, with Rev. Gary Buchanan officiating. Pallbearers will be Mark Keltz, Tomy Gamble, Lacson Reid, Wayne Carden, Hunter Richardson and Martin Brasfield, all members of the Rumblin Waters Bass Club. Burial will follow at Macedonia Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Lambert; sister, Myrna Whetstone; sister-in-law, Floy Lambert; nephews, Brad Whetstone, Brett Whetstone (Candace), Lee Lambert (Kerry) and John David Lambert; sons, Donnie Harris and David Harris (Debra); daughters, Denise Ray (Ritchie) and Deena Harris; grandchildren, Cassie Pierce (Rickey), Haley Henderson (Jordan), Justin Harris (Lacy), Alex Elizabeth Ray and Austin Ray; great grandchildren, Lillian Henderson, Brody Harris and Carolina Pierce; two great nieces and one great nephew. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charlie and Ennis Lambert and brother, Ferrell Lambert.
