John David Watts

Mr. John David Watts, 49, of Eclectic, passed away June 25, 2017. He was born July 2, 1967 in Pensacola, FL. He grew up and graduated from Goodwater High School and then served our country in the U. S. Army. He was an LPN at Tallassee Health and Rehabilitation and a member of Mt Hebron Church of Christ.

Visitation will be Wednesday, June 28, 2017 from 12 noon to 2 pm at Mt Hebron Church of Christ, followed by the funeral service at 2 pm, with Minister Tommy Colley and Minister John Rice officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Minister Eddie Pearce officiating, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing.

He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Janet "Jan" Watts; children, Jennifer Watts, Jill Watts and Jessica Watts; mother, Jeanette Watts; father-in-law and mother-in-law, Eddie and Dina Pearce; and several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.

He is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Levi and Ellen Watts; maternal grandparents, Thurman and Ina Carr; father, Glenn Watts and sister, Diana Watts.
