Joyce Thomas, 82, of Wetumpka, passed away November 26, 2020. She was born July 14, 1938.
Graveside service will be held on Monday, November 30, 2020 at 10 am at Mt. Gilead Cemetery with Steve Schmitt officiating and burial following, Linville Memorial Funeral Home and Crematory directing.
She is survived by her children, Rhonda Funderburk (Dale) and Michael Thomas (Leah); grandchildren, Chris Funderburk, Lauren Studdard, Meadow Thomas and Patrick Thomas; great grandchildren, Graham Funderburk, Kinsley Studdard and Saylor Studdard; brother, David Holley; sister, Dean Abney; and sisters-in-law, Anita Holley and Jo Ann Holley.
She is preceded by her parents, Clifton and Nadean Holley; husband, John William Thomas; siblings, Eleanor Collins (Warren), Clyde Holley and Charles Holley.
She was an avid reader and enjoyed her Kindle, doing crossword puzzles and scrabble. She enjoyed gardening and family get togethers. She was a loyal Alabama football fan - Roll Tide!
