Judith "Judi" Green Parker

Judi Parker, 77, of Tallassee, passed away on Monday November 20, 2023. She was born August 3, 1946 in Troy, Alabama and raised in Petrey, Alabama.

The family will receive friends and family Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at Linville Memorial Funeral Home. Visitation is at 1 pm with funeral service immediately following at 2 pm with Dr. Keith Ray officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Claude Parker; mother, Bessie Mae Hanchey Green; father, Roan Madison Green; sister Ouida Mae Hudgens and grandson C.J. Ledbetter.

She is survived by her sons, Brandon (Glenda) Parker; Brent (Sheryl) Parker; daughter, Claudia Parker; brother, Aubrey Green; grandchildren, Chelsea (Drew) King, Hailey (Christian) Bennett, Caleb Parker, Madison (Roderick) Rodgers, Riley Trimble, Grayson Trimble, Catie Grace Parker and John Roan Parker: and nine great-grandchildren.

Her hobbies included spending time with family and friends and with activities with Carrville Baptist Church, where she was a long and devoted member. She loved her church family and the many friends that she had there. She was an excellent cook and loved sharing meals with others when possible. She was a hard worker through so much of her life, selfless, and loved by so many friends and family. She was a loving wife, daughter, sister, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother and friend to many. She will be greatly missed by all that she touched in this life.
