Judy Langley

Judy Langley, age 89, a resident of Tallassee, passed away May 11, 2025, surrounded by family. She was born on December 11, 1935.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at 10 am at Linville Memorial Funeral Home.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Ross and Velma Pittman; husband, Dewey Langley; sons, Johnny Langley, Earl Langley and Eddie Langley; daughter, Charlotte Langley; brother, Larry Pittman and sister, Keith Eidson.

She is survived by daughter, Cathy Moore (Larry); sons, Chip Humphries (Annette) and Shannon Langley; sister, Elaine Jones (Johnny); brother, Buzzy Pittman; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

Judy was a woman of many talents, from being a beautician, musician (playing the guitar and piano), singing in a band, being an artist and master seamstress. She was known as GrandJudy to everyone who knew her. She loved her family and loved being the head of the kitchen for holidays and family get-togethers. She was loved by all and will be dearly missed.
