Katherine Lazenby

Mrs. Kathy Lazenby, age 53, of Tallassee, passed away January 31, 2013. She was born July 1, 1959.

Funeral services will be Saturday, February 2, 2013 at 2:00 pm at East Tallassee Methodist Church with Rev. Jay Woodall officiating, burial at Elam Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be prior to the service from 12 noon until service time at East Tallassee Methodist Church.

She is survived by her husband, Rick Lazenby; daughters, Kathy Moseley (Richard), Cindy Schultz (Dale) and Joni Lazenby (Phay); sister, Linda Lazenby (Andy); brother, Glen Terrell; and grandchildren, Morgan Knight, Levi Knight, Meredith Moseley, Tyler Knight, Danielle Schultz, Brandi Schultz, Anaya Almond and Eric Hill.

Kathy was a familiar face at the Eclectic ballpark. She loved all the players even the ones who were not family. She was called Nana by family and friends.
