Leona Osborne

Mrs. Leona Osborne, 81, of Tallassee, passed away Friday, September 26, 2014. She was born February 25, 1933.

Visitation will be Monday, September 29, 2014 from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Linville Memorial Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Tuesday, September 30, 2014 at 2 pm at funeral home chapel with Rev. Travis Bittle officiating. Burial will follow at Liberty Baptist Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing.

She is survived by daughters, Pam Gray (Lanier), Debra Harris (Tommy), Linda Caudle (Steve), Patsy Morse (Chris) and Sherry Linville (Brad); daughter-in-law, Donna Wood; 17 grandchildren, David Gray, Haley Gray Hornsby, Holly Gray Spain, Belinda Harris Day, Amanda Harris Fomby, Crystal Harris, Kelli Harris Williams, Eric Caudle, April Caudle Funderburk, Steven Caudle, Brian Mayfield, Jennifer Mayfield Kelley, Brian Morse, Mathew Morse, Trent Griffith, Amanda Stiff and Micha Segrest; and numerous great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Harvey and Edna McDaniel; husbands, Edward Eugene Wood and Charles A. Osborne; son, Terry Wood; sisters, Geneva Ritz and Lucille Smith and grandchildren, Kayla Griffith and Kyle Griffith.
