Linda Carol Hall Burdette, 67, passed away January 7, 2026 following an extended illness at Jackson Hospital surrounded by her loved ones and under the compassionate care of CCU service.
Linda was born November 9, 1958 in Montgomery, AL, growing up in Titus, AL and graduating from Wetumpka High School. She was a longtime resident of Tallassee, AL, living in the home of her late grandparents, John O. and Pearl Langley where she enjoyed gardening and raising her chickens and goats. Her family, friends, pets and neighborhood were the highlight of her life.
Linda was an active member of Providence Church in Titus where she loved participating in their monthly potluck dinners.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Durwood and Margie Hall; and her husband, Steve Burdette. She is survived by sisters, June Phillips (Robert) and Wanda Robbins (Sammy); brother, William D. "Bill" Hall Jr. (Tara) and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Providence Church of Titus - for Cemetery Fund, PO Box 672, Wetumpka, Al 36092.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 am, Wednesday, January 14, 2026 at Providence Church of Titus, followed by the funeral service at 12:00 pm. Major Chaplain Jeff Ellis, U.S. Army Retired, will be officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
