Linda Golden Mitchell

Ms. Linda Golden Mitchell, 74, of Tallassee, passed away on June 22, 2018. She was born April 28, 1944.

Visitation will be Monday, June 25, 2018 from 10 am to 12 noon at First Baptist Church, followed by funeral service at 12 noon, with Rev. Derek Gentle officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing.

She is survived by daughters, Cindy Stargill of LaGrange, GA and Amy Edwards of Tallassee, AL; sons, Jackie Mitchell of Orlando, FL and Brad Mitchell of Brandon, MS; sisters, Ann Breitenbutcher and Lenora Pemberton; brother, Milburn “Bubba” Golden; ten grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Jack Mitchell.
