Mrs. Lois Roye, 95, of Tallassee, passed away Thursday, October 8, 2015. She was born May 27, 1920.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 11, 2015 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm at Berean Baptist Church, followed by the funeral service at 2:00 pm, with Elder Joey Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Carrville Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing.
She is survived by her daughter, Jill Jones; grandchildren, Travis Jones (Jennifer), Eric Jones, Chuck Roye (Michone), Stephen Roye, Richard Hammonds, Chris Hammonds and Amanda Gresham; great grandchildren, Conner Jones, Maggie Jones, Hannah Naile and Sage Hammonds and great great grandson Rafe Naile.
She is also survived by son-in-law, Wayne Hammonds, son-in-law, Bobby Gresham and daughter-in-law, Juanita Roye.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bernard Roye; son, Reggie Roye; daughters, Judy Gresham and Carol Hammonds and grandson, John Allen Roye.
