Martha PIerce Ward

Martha Pierce Ward, 67, of Equality, passed away April 19, 2018. She was born June 18, 1950.

Funeral service will be Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 2 pm at Good Hope Baptist Church with Rev. Kenny Hill officiating. Burial will follow at Friendship Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be prior to the funeral at the church beginning at 1 pm.

She is survived by her husband, Bob Ward; daughters, Amanda Ward and Vicki Hawn (Dennis); sons, Andy Ward (Jennifer) and Mike Ward (Diane); sister, Mary McGarr (Eddie); grandchildren, Brady and Grayson Ward, Ryan Hawn (Christie) and Nathaniel Hawn; nieces and nephews, Justin and Jessca McGarr and children and Tiffany and Payton Goodwin and children; brothers and sisters-in-law, Gayle and Dick Davis and family, Rachel and Roger Moore and family and Bill and Joyce Jordan and family; and numerous cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd and Mildred Pierce; and sister, Ramona Pierce Jordan.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to Good Hope Baptist Church Benevolence Fund.
