Nellie Dean Alexander

Nellie Dean (Griggs) Alexander, 90, of Tallassee, went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 8, 2022. She was born April 5, 1932.

Graveside service and burial will be Tuesday, September 13, 2022 at 10 am at Rose Hill Cemetery, 1089 N Ann Avenue, Tallassee, AL with Bro. George Smith officiating.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry and Lucille Griggs; husband, Arthur Lee Alexander and son, Arthur Dean Alexander.

She is survived by her son, John Phillip Alexander (Norma); grandson, Joshua Phillip Alexander; sisters, Virginia Dantro and Geneva Messer (Charles) and many sweet nieces, nephews, cousins and church family.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of love and sympathy may be made toward her service to her son, John Alexander.
