Norma Jean Reed Rossi, 78, of Millbrook, passed away April 7, 2025. She was born July 6, 1946.
She is preceded in death by her parents, William "Herbert" Reed and Lois "Adelle" Norrell Reed; husband, Bruce "Bud" Riggs; brother, William "Billy" Thomas Reed; and daughter, Dawn M. Rossi.
She is survived by her son, Chris Rossi (Carol Turner); granddaughters, Victoria Waldrop (Josh) and Dawn Allen (Jordan); grandson, Austin Rossi; great-grandsons, Cole Courtney, Braxton Allen, Maddux Waldrop, Hudson Allen, and Meritt Waldrop; great-granddaughter, Madelynn Waldrop; sister, Delores "Patricia" Slade; niece, Cindy Slade; sister-in-law, Winifred Reed and a host of loving friends.
