Reba Mae Langford

Reba Mae Langford, a resident of Tallassee, Alabama, passed away on June 9, 2025 after an extended illness, at the age of 84. She was born on August 31, 1940.

Reba is preceded in death by parents L. M. Jones, Sr. and Minnie Mae Johnson Jones; and two brothers, Johnny R. Jones and L. M. Jones, Jr.

She is survived by her husband, Gene Langford; one daughter, Shelia Baker; three sons and daughters-in-law, Marty Garnett, Bobby (Diane) Garnett and Mickey (Donna) Garnett; two stepsons, Freddy (Lisa) Langford and Jeff (Geraldine) Langford; one special step great- grandson, Evan Estes; grandchildren, Derek Garnett, Tiffany Garnett Prickett, Caitlin Grace Garnett, Trent Garnett, Carlee Garnett Williams; and two sisters, Jenell Jones Hicks and Barbara Jones Whitman. Reba is also survived by a number of great-grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held at New Prospect Christian Church Cemetery, Dadeville, AL on Friday, June 13, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. with Rev. Danny Rodgers officiating.
