Mark Osborn

Mark Osborn, 31 of Tallassee, passed away July 29, 2022. He was born August 3, 1990.

Visitation will be Friday, August 5, 2022 from 6 to 8 pm at First Baptist Church Tallassee. Funeral service will be Saturday, August 6, 2022 at 10 am at First Baptist Church Tallassee with Bro. Derek Gentle and Bro. Trey Waldrop officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.

Mark is survived by his mother Dana Osborn Ettinger, step-father Jonathan Ettinger, brothers Gregory Clark (Jessica Gilliland) and Dalton Clark (Savannah Justiss), sister Nissley Ettinger, uncle Dean Osborn and nephew Nash Clark (Gregory), as well as step-grandparents Carl and Josephine Ettinger III, step-uncle Carl Ettinger IV (Amelia,Catherine and Carl V). Also very close friends: Lonnie and Toni Smith (North Carolina), Josh and Shana Wright (Tallassee) and numerous others.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather Richard Frank Osborn, grandmother Janice Diane Osborn and uncle William Delmark (Del) Osborn.

Mark was a very loving, compassionate, caring, funny, positive, encouraging, music loving person. He wanted to see others happy in their lives. Mark placed his trust and faith in Jesus Christ for his eternal security, his salvation.

2 Corinthians 5:17-19 Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; the old things passed away; behold, new things have come. Now all these things are from God, who reconciled us to Himself through Christ and gave us the ministry of reconciliation, namely, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not counting their trespasses against them, and He has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
