Robert Earl Tucker

Robert Earl Tucker, 81, of Eclectic, passed away early Wednesday morning, April 22, 2026. He was born August 10, 1944 in Eclectic AL and lived there his whole life.

Robert was well known for his sense of humor and great ability to paint. He painted many houses in and around the Eclectic area as well as on Lake Martin. He enjoyed time with his loving family and friends, going to antique car shows, as well as long car rides in his 56 Chevy. He attended church at Church in the Pines and Children's Harbor.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Vivian Tucker; sister, Elizabeth Weaver; and brothers, James Tucker and Tommy Tucker.

He is survived by his wife of 39+ years, Sharon Tucker; sister, Mayden Segrest; brother, Larry Tucker (Donna); his children, Lee Tucker, Mike Tucker (Amber), Wesley Hobbs (Ginny) and Tasha Peacock (Steven); his 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, his many nieces and nephews, cousins and a host of friends.

Visitation for family and friends will be at Linville Memorial Funeral Home on Monday, April 27, 2026, starting at 1:00 pm, followed by a memorial service at 2:00 pm.
