Mrs. Ruth Camp Edwards, age 81, a resident of Tallassee, passed away June 5, 2012. She was born March 10, 1931.
Funeral service will be Friday, June 8, 2012 at East Tallassee Baptist Church at 2:00 pm with Rev. Kevin Webb officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12 noon until funeral time at the church. Burial at Rose Hill Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing.
Survivors include her daughters, Laura (Steve) Harris and Nita (Ken) Robertson; sister, Sarah Short (Ron); brother, Roy Camp; grandchildren, Amy (Dallas) Brown, Jonathan (Katrina) Studdard; Ken (Carrie) Robertson, Jr.; Kyle Robertson and Elisabeth Collar; and great-grandchildren, Kimberly Brown, Isabella, Jonah and Titus Studdard. She is preceded in death by a daughter, Lelia Edwards.
