Sadie Rowe

Sadie Wilkerson Rowe, 89, a native of Eclectic, passed away July 13, 2020 in Pascagoula, Mississippi. She was born November 18, 1930.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, July 17, at 2 pm at Linville Memorial Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Linville Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory directing. Visitation will be at the funeral home one hour prior to the service beginning at 1 pm.

She is preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Neil H. Rowe; her parents, Mattie Estelle Wilkerson and Henry Clinton Wilkerson; brothers, James, Clinton, Rufus, Grover, John T., Fred, Robert and two infants; three grandsons, Bart Thornton, Chris Thornton and Jeff Adair; and son-in-law, Sandford Horn.

She is survived by brother, Mack Wilkerson; children, James D. “Donnie” Adair (Donna) of Rainbow City, AL, Joyce Horn of Grand Bay, AL, Sandra Greene (David) of Pascagoula, MS, and Howard Rowe (Suzanne) of Phenix City, AL; twelve grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Keith Thornton, John Thornton, Kobe Moss, Van Junkins, Ronnie Mulder and Mike Rutland.

She was a devoted mother and great cook and loved by all who knew her.
