Samuel Wade Fowler, 54, formerly of Tallassee, passed away November 11, 2010 in Fort Lauderdale, FL. He was born June 4, 1956.
He is survived by companion, Peggy Radice; daughters, Dawn (Philip) Adams, Bry-Ane Radice and Shannon Radice; sisters, Kem Bowman and Reba Ahnemiller; and grandchildren, Kayla, Joshua, Gianna, Johnny and Jovani.
