Wilbur (Don) Abrams

Wilbur (Don) Abrams, 87, passed away August 23, 2026. He was born August 30, 1938.

Graveside service will be at 10 am, Thursday, August 27, 2026 at Bethlehem East Baptist Church Cemetery. Larry Dean will be officiating and burial will follow in the church cemetery.

He is preceded in death by his wife of 67 years, Betty Thomas Abrams. He is survived by two daughters, Donna (Russell) Chavers and Roxanne (Nathan) Forrest. Their legacy includes four granddaughters, Ashley Chavers Denney, Caitlin Forrest, Colleen Forrest, and Chloe Forrest. Three great-grandchildren also share this cherished family bond, Lyudmila Barteneva, Lucas James Forrest, and Liam Denney. He is also survived by his loving and faithful dog, Cutiebell.

Don was surrounded by the love and care of his wonderful caregivers, Maria Coscette and Sarah Perez, who went above and beyond to ensure his comfort and well-being during his final days.
