He is preceded in death by his parents, Rastus and Mary Orr and son, Will Gordon Orr, Jr.
He is survived by his wife, Mary Ann Orr; children, Belinda Grace, Joey (Samantha) Curvin, Travis (Sonja) Hough, Wade Hough, Beth Wilson and Melissa Trussell and eleven grandchildren.
