Mr. William Sinclair “Old Daddy” Horne, age 89, a resident of Prattville, passed away May 14, 2013. He was born February 23, 1924.
Graveside services will be Friday, May 17, 2013 at 3:00 pm EST at Bonaventure Cemetery, Savannah, GA with Linville Memorial Funeral Home directing.
He is survived by his children, William S. Horne, Jr. (Carol), David A. Horne and Anne Welch (Richard); brothers, Lorring C. Horne and Frank C. Horne; grandchildren, William Todd Horne, James Michael Horne, Becky Welch Harris and Cameron Horne; and great-grandchildren, Grace Adelaide Horne and Pearce Sinclair Horne.
He is preceded in death by his spouse, Louise Horne and second spouse, Yvonne Horne; brother, Earlie Monroe Horne, Jr.; sister, Jewel Horne Foley; son, Gary Wayne Horne and grandson, Timothy Wayne Horne.
Mr. Horne served our country in the U. S. Navy in World War II and Korean War. He was retired from Union Camp in Prattville, Alabama.
