Mr. William “Bill” Allen Powell, 43, of Hoover, passed away August 16, 2020. He was born January 23, 1977.
Graveside service for family and close friends will be held on Wednesday, August 19 at 2 pm at Rose Hill Cemetery with Pastor Jeff James officiating, Linville Memorial Funeral Home & Crematory directing.
He is survived by his wife of 18 years, Hayden Evans Powell; children, Elizabeth Powell, Cooper Powell and Victoria Powell; mother, Betty Singleton; siblings, Lee Singleton (Francene), Greg Singleton (Melody), Vince Singleton, Jeff Singleton (Ashley) and Beverly Bonner Knighten; and numerous nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his parents-in-law, O’Neal and Sue Evans.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Mary Powell and half-sister, Melanie Bonner.
He was a member of Green Valley Baptist Church in Hoover, AL and a devoted believer in Christ. He was dearly loved by anyone who met him. He enjoyed golfing, boating, Alabama football and music, but more importantly, he cherished the time he spent with family and friends.
